We are located in Hillsborough NJ. We grow all kinds of exotic mushroom, lion's mane, Maitake, shiitake, golden oyster, chestnut, black pearl, pioppino, etc, and we grow vegetables and raise chickens and ducks. We make all kinds of value added products, like frozen dumpling, steam buns, meatballs, dried mushrooms, lion's mane coffee and lion's mane herb tea products. We use organic flour in all the dumplings and steam buns and we use the mushrooms and vegetable we grow. We use NJ local meat that has no antibiotics or added hormones.
