Are you new to the world of tasting coffee? Have you ever tasted something amazing, but not had the words to describe it? In this class, through multiple tasting and hands-on sensory exercises, you’ll work on not only building your palate, but your ability to identify and articulate the different aspects of each coffee you enjoy- from the aroma, to the body, and of course the taste. As a group we’ll engage in casual but lively discussions about what we perceive in each cup, and how we all experience coffees differently, helping you build the foundation for more in depth and enjoyable coffee tastings in the future.
