What is cupping and how do I do it?  We will cover all the basics of coffee cupping and answer your questions like, why cupping is important and how to perform one from start to finish. We won’t just talk about the how-to, we will also set up a cupping together. You’ll leave this class feeling empowered to conduct a cupping or tasting of your own, whether it’s an internal cupping for your staff or a public tasting for your customers!
