Brian Shannon is the CEO and Founder of Geign LLC. He focuses on technology application solutions, creative content development, and strategy and leadership consulting to help clients maximize return on investment.
Brian is currently leading the development and launch of Cafebara, a technology/services solution focusing on the local café market. He is a passionate advocate for all things local and a memorable Customer Experience.
Brian has a proven track record in successfully productizing technology solutions and optimizing the business processes to which they integrate. He has demonstrated expertise in the areas of thought leadership, knowledge management, process design, project management and executive level project sponsorship, alignment, and consulting. He has extensive experience in the food & beverage, automotive and manufacturing sectors as well as oil & gas, retail and utility verticals. With a personal commitment & engagement to the world’s brands, Brian has served in the capacity of key business architect or executive sponsor to more than 40 leading organizations since 1994.
Brian has held several C-level positions in the past, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer in the fintech space. He has also served in other leadership positions including SVP Strategy & Operations, Managing Director, National Credit Manager, International Finance Manager and Financial Strategist. Brian holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Manitoba, and an MBA in International Finance from the University of South Florida.
He is a sought-after speaker on the topics of leadership alignment, business process optimization, and digital transformation.
