Vernon is a Los Angeles based business owner, operator, and investor in the Hospitality, Real Estate, and Transportation sectors. He is a Founder of Offset Coffee Roasters, South Bay Restaurant Group, and Hölm Properties. Prior he spent 15 years with Toyota Motor North America in various Sales, Marketing, and Consultative capacities between Los Angeles and San Francisco. He holds a BS in Management from Pepperdine University.
Offset Coffee is a multi-roaster coffee company founded in 2018 with their first location in Torrance. Offset was founded by Vernon and his long time friend after leaving their corporate careers and dreaming of developing their coffee hobby into something more. Offset was developed with the idea to share world class coffee, without pretension, in communities usually overlooked by specialty coffee. In 2020 they began roasting in their El Segundo facility powered by Bellwether, and in 2021 opened their El Segundo cafe to the public.
