The intended audience for this class is a coffee roaster or coffee distributor who is looking to grow their brand and business into new channels. We will discuss trends in product, packaging, equipment and pricing based on the expectations of each market. The goal of this course is to help you successfully diversify your business plan, evaluate your value proposition and enter into new markets confidently. We will discuss real life scenarios to help you determine different options in how to approach growing a wholesale business and what path is best for you. In addition, you will learn to navigate the nuances of a multi-channel business plan while maintaining brand equity and increasing profitability.
