Lauren is the Director of Education at Mill City Roasters®. She served as a Head Judge and National Coordinator for the US Coffee Championships from 2015-2023 and has worked with Pacific Barista Series since 2012 as a Brand Ambassador and R&D Barista. During her career in the coffee community, she has found that nothing sets people up for success more than high-quality training, consistent practices, and calibration with industry peers.
