With a passion for coffee that spans over a decade, I've had the privilege of cultivating my expertise across various roles and continents. My journey began in 2012 at Arte y Pasión café in Bogotá, where I immersed myself in barista training, roasting, and café administration. I then honed my skills as a barista and head barista at Kaldivia Cafe in Bogotá from 2013 to 2015, before venturing to Moscow to work at Double B coffee. There, I progressed from barista to head barista between 2015 and 2018. My next chapter involved diving deeper into roasting at Cafeto in Moscow, where I advanced from roaster to head roaster from 2018 to 2020. Following a stint in quality control at COCAR coffee, I joined Forest Coffee in Bogotá, overseeing quality control and European expansion in 2021. Currently, I serve as Sales Director for North America at Forest Coffee, leveraging my extensive experience and certifications, including SCA credentials in barista, sensory, roasting, and green coffee, as well as Q Arabica grader and processing professional designations from CQI.
