Join Business Planning for Roasters to develop a business and growth plan to workshop startup costs, marketing, and sales techniques, product development, positioning, branding, and more. This is a hands-on course and students will leave with the tools to analyze roasted coffee cost of goods, develop a detailed list of startup or expansion costs, and the knowledge to take a dream and turn it into an actionable business plan.
