In this vitally pragmatic and fun session, we will be focusing on one of the most precious interactions in any cafe or roastery: the simple act of guiding customers to a great coffee-buying experience one bag at a time.

One person at a time, we can share our love and passion for coffee and our favorite roasts to grow our customer's love of coffee. There is not one single way to sell 10,000 bags of coffee but there are 10,000 ways to sell one bag of coffee.

How do we do this? What strategies and approaches can cafes and roasters find? Where does education fit in? What scenarios fit the succinctness of your approach? How do you become comfortable “selling” coffee in a very meaningful and authentic way that makes sense to you? We are going to cover some very fun and varied approaches. Come over ready to interact!
