Abby Weaver is one of the founding owners of Pressed Coffee & Books, as well as the founder and CEO of Downtown Roasters. She has navigated the world of coffee and restaurant ownership since December of 2018, and is focused on creating and maintaining spaces for community to gather within her hometown of Pottsville, PA. With a background in marketing, event management, and community development, she also runs four other hospitality businesses along with her husband. In late 2021, Abby expanded the offerings of their small coffee shop to include in-house roasting that is built around high-quality specialty coffee, presented to locals in an accessible and educational way.
