Drip Coffee


After abandoning a career in finance and investment banking, Nigel worked for over a decade in some of NYC's most coveted coffee shops, learning from some of the most illustrious coffee pros and using cutting edge equipment. The multi-roaster pour over-centric model of 'drip' was born out of years working on bar, dialing in coffees with customers. To prove the slow-bar concept in 2018, Nigel began hosting pop ups across Brooklyn and Manhattan to share the nuances of small-lot and single-origins coffees. In January 2020, 'drip' opened its first brick and mortar location, and three years later there are 4 locations throughout the city.
