TAX FORM 
Speakers who receive honorariums are required to provide a W-9 (W8BEN if non-U.S. citizens) payment deposit information and affidavit forms. 

You do not need to return the W-9 or W-8BEN (non-U.S.) if you are not receiving a payment. The amount you will be paid was noted in your session confirmation email.

Speaker Payment:  You will be paid the total amount via electronic deposit within 30 days following the conference.

HANDOUTS

• Handouts must be uploaded by January 22, 2021 to make them available for attendees to download prior to the conference.
• Our attendees expect to receive handouts for sessions. Clarion Fire & Rescue Group will not be responsible for duplicating any handouts onsite at the conference. 
• Please make sure your handouts include ONLY non-copyrighted information or material for which you have received permission for use. Clarion Events, Inc. will not be responsible for the dissemination of copyright-infringed materials. 

Handout File Requirements:

• PowerPoint or Adobe PDF files. The maximum upload size is 10MB. You may split your file into multiple files and upload them individually.
• Please include your last name in the title when you save the presentation. Also, if you split your file into more than one, please label them in parts. Example: part 1 of 3, part 2 of 3, part 3 of 3. 

SPEAKER MARKETING TOOLKIT 

We have prepared a number of materials for you to use to promote your presentations and the event to your professional contacts. All of the materials are available for download on the Speaker Home Page, under Speaker Marketing Toolkit.

We encourage you to use these materials to make you and your presentations more visible to the EMS community!

REGISTRATION

You will receive a 3–day complimentary registration to the main conference (Thursday - Saturday), which also gives you access to the exhibit hall. We will take care of this for you - PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOURSELF!

LICENSE INFORMATION (for EMS CEH)

If you wish to receive EMS CEH for sessions, once you receive your registration confirmation, please log back in and enter in your license information. (We do not accredit for physician or nurse CME.)
