Again pushing the envelope for what is possible in pre-hospital treatment. The Center for Resuscitation Medicine of University of Minnesota Twin Cities received a grant to test the ability to increase the survival rate of patients in cardiac arrest in a pre-hospital setting. They partnered with 94 Services of Monticello, MN choosing Life Line to build this "first of its kind" mobile unit for emergency cardiac arrest care utilizing ECMO. This would potentially save hours that it would normally take to get a patient in cardiac arrest to a hospital able to perform this procedure. With safety and reliability in mind, this groundbreaking unit features:

- Tripp Lite uninterrupted power supply with (3) back up batteries

- Dual Hoseline HVAC units for the module interior
- Custom rear patient lift system to load patient
- Provisions for 3D telemedicine camera system to transmit procedures live to a remote hospital
- Dual "H" oxygen cylinders
- Dual "H" size medical air cylinders
- Back-up 25 lite liquid oxygen system
- Back-up medical air compressor
- Sink with hot and cold running water and 15 gallon fresh water tank
- Custom interior lighting
- Custom warning light package
- Custom 150amp shoreline inlet
- Provisions for "C" Arm X-ray
- Folding fluoroscopy table
- Mount for ultrasound equipment.
