Vanair's patented, AquaAir™ combines a PTO-driven air compressor with a water pump in a single unit designed to be mounted underneath the chassis. The AquaAir™  can produce air power up to 185 CFM and 150 PSI and offers the flexibility to add the desired make and model of the water pump of your choice. The AquaAir™ eliminates belts or pulleys usually associated with air and water pump underdeck configurations.  These configurations also offer a superior truck weight reduction.  Underdeck mounting increases valuable abovedeck mounted space for other equipment and tools. 

The new and improved designs of the Xcite® PTO Shaft and Hydraulic Driven Generators maximize the power of your engine by enabling you to access AC power via your truck’s PTO.  The PTO and Hydraulic-powered Generators are much simpler to operate than their engine-driven counterparts, quieter, and significantly lighter in weight.   There is no need to replace the chassis alternator or add extra batteries like dynamic and static inverter applications.  Xcite systems generate real AC power – not simulated or converted power – in capacities from 4,000 to 20,000 Watts (Hydraulic) or 10,000 to 25,000 Watts (PTO Shaft).  Each generator offers both 120-volt and 240-volt outlets, and precise frequency controls keep output regulated within two percent. Moving the system from above the chassis below saves valuable space on the vehicle for other tools and equipment. 

The made in the U.S.A., Vanair Encapsulated Air End (VSE-85) is designed to offer a cost-effective and complete air compressor package for original equipment manufacturers.  The VSE-85 integrates all the main parts of a component compressor system into a single unit, simplifying installation, reducing the required footprint and maintenance.  The VSE-85 utilizes design simplicity to provide exceptional reliability and extremely low maintenance.  Encapsulation eliminates much of the external piping that a conventional compressor system requires.  With a majority of the lubricant piping internal, the compressor greatly mitigates the possibility of leaky fittings and reduces the maintenance touchpoints.  The Encapsulated Air End boasts an impressive 85 CFM capacity and up to 175 PSI of air pressure.  Weighing just 125 pounds makes this lightweight encapsulated air end ideal for broad operating ranges.  The encapsulated design minimizes connections and ensures maintenance items are easy to replace.
