Based in St. Petersburg, FL since 2015, Kozuba & Sons Distillery was founded by Zbigniew “Papa” Kozuba, a biochemist and businessman, and his two sons, Matthias and Jacob Kozuba. The Kozubas originally began distilling in Jablonka, Poland with traditional Polish recipes before moving to the US to expand operations to include new recipes and innovative products. We're all natural with sustainability woven throughout our process.
Kozuba & Sons Distillery was voted New York International Spirits Competition (NYISC) 2020 Distillery of the Year, and the Creative Loafing 2020 “Best of the Bay” distillery in Tampa Bay. “Handcrafted” isn’t just a label, it’s what we do. Every part of our aged spirits process is guided by our hands. We begin with our hand-selected grain, then hand-mix and hand-mash the grain to get the perfect blend before distillation begins.
