Originating in Annan, Scotland and now with a new purpose-built facility in Miami USA, St. James is conveniently located to supply Europe and North America with our award-winning smoked salmon.

With two BRC “AA” accredited facilities in Scotland and a state-of-the-art BRC “AA” certified smokehouse in Miami, St. James Smokehouse® is focusing on building their premium quality brands globally.

We use only fresh superior quality Atlantic salmon sourced from accredited sea farms. Our products do not contain any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

    Nordic Reserve is hand-crafted in our ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited facility in Miami. This superior premium quality smoked salmon is steeped in centuries-old tradition. It's hand cured with pure sea salt and brown sugar and smoked over smoldering oak wood chips....

  • Nordic Reserve® is hand-crafted in the USA from premium quality fresh sustainable Atlantic salmon, fully trimmed by hand, 100% blood line removed, and skinless. All retail and wholesale presentations are custom made to order and available in our diagonal (D cut) slice profile. Retail packs are available in the following delicious varieties: whisky & honey, gravadlax, zested lemon & cracked black pepper, garlic & cracked black pepper, gin & tonic, pastrami, and zested orange & cracked black pepper. Kosher Certified. ​A good source of Omega 3.

  • Hand-crafted in the USA using fresh Sushi Grade Atlantic salmon responsibly sourced from certified sustainable producers. Traditionally dry cured and cold smoked over a bed of locally sourced Florida orange + grapefruit wood to create a light fruit wood smoke flavor. Fully trimmed by hand, 100% blood line removed, and skinless. SAINT® Pure Salmon retail and wholesale presentations are custom made to order and available in two of our slice profiles – sashimi (vertical), and diagonal (D cut). Kosher Certified.
