Nippon Cha is a purveyor of the finest Japanese teas. There is one restaurant in Bayside and one cafe storefront in Williamsburg. (Two more locations will be opening soon!) We offer a selection of retail tea, including but not limited to Matcha. Nippon Cha is the exclusive seller of Tochucha in the United States. Tochucha is an herbal tea made from the leaves of the eucommia tree. We offer seven different grades of Matcha, eight types of Green tea, and a black tea. At both the Williamsburg and Bayside location we have a tea menu of sixteen drinks. (The Bayside location also has more drink options, including alcohol.) Most of our drinks are tea-based but we also feature our Tochucha in a few of the drink recipes. There are caffeine free versions and espresso-tochucha combinations. Nippon Cha also makes an in-house Matcha tiramisu and cheesecake. At our Bayside restaurant we have a full Japanese food menu.
