Chelsea Turner is the Chief Operations Officer for the MA Council on Gaming and Health (MACGH). She works with the Executive Team to help advocate for those affected by problem gambling and develop programs and services that are designed to keep gambling a healthy and safe form of entertainment.
Prior to joining MACGH, Ms. Turner worked at the CT Lottery for approximately nine years in various roles, including Vice President where she oversaw and managed the CLC’s Corporate Responsibility Programs, Government and Regulatory Affairs, and the Purchasing, Claims and Warehouse Departments. She also served on the National Council on Problem Gambling’s (NCPG) Board of Directors.
Before joining the gaming industry, Ms. Turner was the Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs for Governor M. Jodi Rell. She also worked on countless political campaigns and lobbied at a private firm.
Ms. Turner is a graduate of Bates College (BA) and UConn (MPA).
