Winner of the 1st prize in the InsurtechQc 2022 insurance innovation competition, Domely monitors actively over 20 000 buildings in North America and provides insurers real-time risk assessment for both underwriting and loss prevention.

Our preventive technology helps mitigate the environmental and financial impacts of climate change on buildings. About 43% of a building's environmental footprint arises from making and replacing construction materials, a key concern. Roof claims surged by 25% yearly to 2.3 million in 2020, with water and snow claims at a staggering $1B. The environment suffers from over 350,000 tons of waste and 30 million liters of wasted drinking water annually in Canada. By greatly reducing the impact of these factors, Domely is demonstrating its commitment to a more environmentally-friendly future.
