Where is InsureTech Connect taking place in 2023?

ITC Vegas will be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from Tuesday, October 31 – Thursday, November 2, 2023. 

ITC Asia will be held 30 May – 1 June 2023, at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore. You can find more information on ITC Asia?here. 

ITC LATAM will be held at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami from Tuesday, April 24 – Thursday, April 26. You can find more information on ITC LATAM?here.  

ITC Europe will be held 27 – 29 June 2023 at the Montjuic, Fira de Barcelona. You can find more information on ITC Europe?here. 

What is included with my booth space?

All in-line booth spaces will be automatically set with 8’ high back drape 3’ high side dividers and a
7” x 44” identification sign. Booths larger than 300 square feet may request an identification sign at
no charge. Please use the Furniture order form to place additional drape orders.
Drape Color: Black Aisle Carpet: Exhibit Hall is carpeted.

Carpet/Flooring is OPTIONAL for all exhibitors in the show and is the responsibility of the
exhibitor.

How do I register my booth staff?

You can register your booth staff via the exhibitor portal. Once you log in to the portal, click “Exhibitor Registration” where you will be directed to your registration dashboard.

Will you be sending out attendee lists?

Due to privacy concerns and to comply with GDPR, we are unable to share an attendee list. Having said that, we know that connecting is a key reason for attending. That is why we have a private event networking app. Using filters, you may discover all registered attendees (whether they have logged in or not) and send a 15-minute meeting request to connect during the event.

Monday April 24, 2023 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 

All exhibits must be fully installed, empty containers removed and moved to storage by 

5:00 pm on Monday, April 24, 2023. Additional charges may apply for empty 

removal after this time.  

 

Exhibitor Move-Out 

Wednesday April 26, 2023 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm 

Will you have an ITC Mobile App for 2023?

Yes, we will have an official ITC LATAM Mobile app for 2023 that will launch before the event. 

How do I use the ITC LATAM Official Mobile App?

When the app releases, we will provide guides and assistance to make the most out of your experience.

What are the dates and location for ITC LATAM 2023?

ITC LATAM 2023 will be at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami expo dates and times are:

Is insurance required?

Yes. All exhibitors are required to submit a certificate of insurance. Insurance forms MUST be submitted via the exhibitor portal. Please CLICK HERE for insurance requirements. 

Note: If you are using an EAC to set up your booth, we still need a COI from your company AND from your EAC.

Due to the short move in and the availabilty of the loading docks, the Advance Warehouse is recommended to get your shipment in a timely manner.The Expo Group MUST recieve shipments to their Advance Warehouse. From Monday, March 27, 2023 - Wednesday, April 19, 2023  9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Materials received after April 17, 2023 will be subject to an additional surcharge.
