Description

Working backward always starts with the customer and thinking through the benefits you can provide them. In other words, putting the customer at the center of decision making. This session will discuss success factors inherent in customer-centric  retailers (and brands); the importance of data analytics and digital solutions; how a customer’s experience drives behavior; and when speed is more critical than perfection. Tomorrow’s successful retailers may need to fundamentally rethink their operating models. Finding the right way to organize and execute will become key differentiators in the future.
