Through the Protein PACT for the People, Animals and Climate of Tomorrow, partners across animal protein are uniting in the largest-ever effort to strengthen animal protein’s contributions to healthy people, healthy animals, healthy communities and a healthy planet. To achieve this vision, the North American Meat Institute is working within our organization and across the industry to establish transparent baselines and benchmarks for continuous improvement, setting ambitious targets for progress to align with global goals and committing to communicate our efforts proactively and transparently.

This session will detail steps the industry is taking to align with retailer sustainability expectations and consumer values and the role grocers can play in defining the future of the animal protein sector.
