Many of the most disruptive business models and innovations we see if the U.S. grocery industry today were scaled in China 5 years ago. From the proliferation of food delivery to live streaming and even new store formats like the Amazon Fresh stores, these can all be traced back to models that were created in China. Yet, new selling and distribution models from China haven’t been commercialized here…but will be soon. Leaders need to be informed and respond. In this session, you will be able to plan for what to “do now” and “learn next” so you and your organization can be ready for the future of commerce being developed in China today and coming to the rest of the world tomorrow.
