Bill is President and CEO, of the World of the Latino Cuisine, Inc.
The World of the Latino Cuisine, Inc. organizes trade shows, food & wine festivals, and other events in the food and beverage industry.
Mr. Colón has more than 35 years’ experience in the non-profit sector in education and government, as well as business consultant, and as an entrepreneur. Mr. Colón is an expert event organizer.
He has also been an adjunct instructor of business, international business, and marketing courses at the college level. He earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Puerto Rico, and a MA from New Jersey City University.
Mr. Colón is a former Member of the Jersey City Board of Education as well as a former Member of the New Jersey State Board of Education. He was the first Latino to serve in that capacity.
