Brett has worked in the food industry for 22 years with experience in healthcare, retail, and technology sector. Prior to Cub Brett was with Terrier Technologies as their Director of Innovation & Technical Services. Before that, Brett was with Target as a FSQA Program Manager for 11 years where he led the implementation of Target’s Food Compliance Management System to ensure safety and food safety risks were identified, and appropriate risk mitigation strategies were documented and executed effectively.
Brett earned his Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. He is a Certified Professional – Food Safety (CP-FS), HACCP Manager and Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).
