Shawn grew up working in a family owed hardware store in Connecticut. The past 43 years Shawn’s career has been exclusively with three companies in the hardware industry. The last 25 years has been spent in numerous management roles with Ace Hardware, working in all of the lower 48 contiguous states. Shawn lives with his wife of 43 years, Tammy, in a suburb of Nashville TN. His weekends are spent with his two grandchildren as well as building furniture in his woodworking shop.
