Our founders Brice and Shirley Phillips loved nothing more than sharing delicious meals with family and friends. Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay, Shirley learned the traditional seafood recipes and warm hospitality that define Maryland’s Eastern Shore. After more than a century of growth, Shirley’s family recipes remain at the heart of everything we do. With a legacy we honor and pride in every product, our most important ingredient will always be quality.
