MeatHead Barbecue Products is founded on the principles of Family, Friends, and Good Times. We believe that these things are a priority in life, and the best way to support that priority is through gathering together for a cookout. We support these ideas by providing unique barbecue sauces and rubs to help backyard barbecue enthusiasts everywhere bring their grilling game to the next level.
Our flagship product, Original MeatHead Barbecue Sauce is derived from an award winning Family recipe. The visionary and cofounder of MeatHead, Jeff, spent many hours of trial and error trying to perfect an unwritten recipe from childhood memories of his Mom making the sauce for Family cookouts. Jeff finally nailed down the flavors and with the help of his Wife and cofounder Lisa (a.k.a. the Taster in Chief), Jeff tweaked the recipe just right to make it his own and the Husband and Wife founding team began selling a bottle at a time at farmer's markets and street fairs. Since bringing the sauce to the people, we have developed additional varieties and products and have been thrilled to watch this Family creation bring Family and Friends together for good food and good times.
