The exhibitor manual (coming soon!) is an easily accessible tool that is designed to answer most, if not all of your exhibiting questions!

  • First step: Go to the Exhibitor Resource Center and click Exhibitor Login to access your company’s profile – This log in information was sent to your booths main contact via the confirmation email. If you need your login information contact Ana-Alyse Castelluccio at ana-alyse.castelluccio@clarionevents.com
  • Next: Click ‘Booth Info.' This is where you will be able to add or update your company’s details, profile, logo, keywords, social links and select the appropriate categories for your company
    • Keep in mind that the length of your profile is limited to a character count based on your exhibitor listing level. Want more characters? Consider upgrading your listing by contacting Ana-Alyse Castelluccio at ana-alyse.castelluccio@clarionevents.com
  • To upload your product images for the digital Product Preview Guide, click "Upload Your Product Images." The deadline to add your product images & description is Friday, May 14th, 2021.
  • To register your booth staff, click "Exhibitor Badge Request & Lead Retreival"

No, carpet is not mandatory. If you are interested in adding carpet to your booth, this can be ordered through our general contractor, GES, or exhibitors can provide and install their own. You can find the carpet order form HERE

Only exhibitors with a two story booth, a vehicle in their booth, or a booth higher than 8’ will need to submit a booth plan for approval to the Exhibit Services Managers. Please see the booth guidelines HERE for more information.

As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Insurance coverage is not optional.

This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, July 23 - July 28, 2021, naming Clarion Events, Inc. (1690 Roberts Blvd., NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144) as the certificate holder. The following must be included as additional insured: Clarion Events, Inc. and Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

Ordering services at The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center is easy, just follow these steps. Orders may be placed 6 months prior to the show.

 

Please note that for all events, the discount rate cut off is two weeks before the first date of the show. Any orders placed after the cutoff date will be processed at the standard rate.

1. Go to www.phillyexpocenter.com

2. Choose “For Exhibitors” at the top of the page.

3. Choose “Order Services”

4. The website will have you set up an account. From there, choose your event and place your order.

 

Don’t forget to remember your password! You can use it to log in to your account and order services for any event at the Expo.

To access the Wi-Fi system:

1. Open the Wi-Fi setting on the device (phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) that needs access.

2. Choose “OaksExpoPublic”.

3. On the log in page choose the package that best suits your needs.

4. Provide the requested payment info to connect.

The system will automatically recognize the device anytime you need to log on during the

purchased time.
