People are needed to run a coffee shop. The right people are essential to running a coffee shop. Far too often, coffee shop owners and managers will find themselves in dire need of employees which leads to erratic hiring and thoughtless onboarding and countless hours are spent trying to train someone who will simply never get it. This workshop will go through what to look for when interviewing and how to onboard before even allowing a new hire to step foot into the store.
