We have seen an explosion in the ways fermentation is being used to develop new and exciting flavors in coffee. But what is fermentation? How is it used in coffee? What kind of flavors does it produce?

During this course, we will explore the fundamentals of coffee fermentation and provide participants an opportunity to taste how fermentation can impact coffee quality (and qualities). We will have coffees from different farms processed in different ways that will shed light on how fermentation impacts flavor.
