Profile

Sandi Luck is the owner and CEO of 9 companies. She is the founder of Bully Brew Coffee Houses (Grand Forks, ND, East Grand Forks, MN, Hallock, MN, and Fargo, ND), the North Dakota Coffee Roastery, Nora’s Place (an Airbnb), and The Other Half Coffee & Taphouse.

Sandi’s “why” is to teach, coach and mentor others. Besides teaching and coaching those in her coffee world, Sandi is also teaching at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Sandi Luck is a Professor in the Marketing Dept and some of her classes include Marketing Foundations, Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.

How did she get started? Sandi purchased her first coffee kiosks in Grand Forks in 2005, where her customers could drive up to pick up their coffee at the window. In 2010, she opened her first Bully Brew Coffee (restaurant style) and has continued to grow and expand the company to add a roastery and most recently a taphouse with craft beer. She loves to teach and share her stories of both failures and success with business. She loves coffee, dogs, and people.

Sandi currently lives in Grand Forks with her better half, Brad, and their two Bulldogs (hence the name Bully Brew Coffee). Izzie & Ella who are the mascots for company bring their crazy fun personalities into each coffee house. Her own children are grown but she is the proud Grandma of 3 year old Nora (hence, the name of the Airbnb – Nora’s Place!)
