Gail Hamilton Azodo is a decisive marketing leader experienced in driving strong growth and profit for large Fortune 500 and industry-leading businesses. Over the past 10 years, she has served as the marketing lead on billion-dollar brands at Procter and Gamble and the customer marketing lead for several legacy brands at Bacardi USA.
Her expertise is in Marketing, Brand Management, and Hospitality. Gail earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. In 2019 she joined Florida International University, after serving on the School of Hospitality’s Innovation Board, as an adjunct professor and teaches at the Chaplin School of Hospitality and the Honors College. She has a passion for entrepreneurship, business ownership, and helping others build a meaningful and impactful professional network.
In 2020 she developed two covid restaurant rehabilitation and training programs for the City of Miami. She is also the co-founder of Sips Coffee Roasters and AzodoCo, a coffee company duo that roasts, retails, and wholesales specialty coffee and has a flagship location in the heart of Miami.
