Luke Waite is committed to building a more empathetic future in coffee. So, he started pomelo coffee consulting and The Lev Co. Both pomelo and The Lev Co were created to be good to and for the world and the people in it.
Practically, pomelo helps small and mid-sized coffee roasters increase their profit and stability by ensuring their operations are optimized. The Lev Co on the other hand, is concerned with building brands that are more than just aesthetically pleasing, the branding has to say something to the world.
For Luke, the big goal of both of these businesses is that they are good to the world and the people in it.
