Rancilio Group: World-Class Espresso Equipment

Rancilio Group has produced world-class espresso equipment in Parabiago, Italy for nearly 100 years. In every machine, we combine this depth of experience with the results of our continuous coffee research and experimentation. Our equipment lineup has models and configurations for every setup, from the advanced extraction control of the Rancilio Specialty RS1 to the classic single boiler Rancilio Silvia home espresso machine. The newest addition is the Invicta, the second model in the Rancilio Specialty series. It features the most accurate heat exchange system on the market, allowing it to perform at a high level while remaining efficient and approachable. The Rancilio Classe 5 and Classe 7, some of our most popular commercial models, have been redesigned to incorporate new work lighting features and refined aesthetics. And our popular Rancilio Silvia Pro X home machine brings powerful brewing control to your home, with programmable soft infusion, dual boilers and PIDs, and remarkable temperature consistency. Join us in Booth #1210 to experience Rancilio Group's latest espresso innovations.

  • Rancilio Invicta
The Rancilio Invicta is built around the most accurate heat exchange system on the market, delivering power and precision without sacrificing efficiency. Its refined design and simple controls make it a perfect engine for your specialty espresso setup....

  • The Invicta represents the inclinations of the modern cafe: efficient, precise, and inviting. Quick-locking steam activation requires only a quarter turn to activate, and the cool-touch steam wands prevent burning. Three buttons per group allow quick activation of programmed brew cycles, with low pressure preinfusion and volumetric controls that ensure each espresso is brewed with the best possible care. The Invicta’s touchscreen interface allows users to easily navigate brewing parameters for dialing in espresso. The engine of the Invicta is what drives its ingenuity. Using only a single boiler and building on Rancilio’s Steady Brew tech, the regulated heat exchange circuit features an insulated group that maintains temperature as the thermosiphon circulates hot water when not in use. When activated, the Invicta’s programming knows exactly how to heat the group with its Smart Flush feature. A T-switch on each group allows the user to independently control temperature further.
