Susan Wilcox
QC Manager - Q Grader
Sucafina Specialty
Profile
In the past 5 years as Sucafina North America’s QC Manager, Susan has cupped 450,000 cups of coffee. Prior to Sucafina, Susan was managing cafes and putting her Q Grader certification to work by evaluating and ensuring the consistency of roast profiles for various microroasters in San Diego and Columbus, Ohio. When she isn’t slurping coffee samples, you can find Susan geeking out about the history of coffee, the cultural complexity of various origins, and the reason why defect grading is so valuable. In her free time Susan enjoys training her Belgian Malinois and training herself in Crossfit.
Sessions
