Description

Don't miss the Coffee Fest roasting seminar presented by US Roaster Corp. Topics covered in this session include: 
  -General green coffee information from crop to cup.
  -Define the purpose and role of roasting in transforming green coffee into the complex roasted bean we all enjoy.
  -Dive into the general chemical and physical changes that occur during roasting.
  -Observe the physical and chemical changes live in the roaster.
  -Receive instruction on general roast profiling and what to pay attention to while roasting.
  -Discuss how to control the profile using various heat transfer controls during the roasting process.

*While you will observe live roasting, this workshop is not hands-on and is informational only* This session will take place on the show floor, before the hall opens. Please wait at the entrance to the show floor near registration - a Coffee Fest employee will arrive at the time your class is scheduled to start, and escort you past security to the education space.
