Silver medal winner in the Golden Bean North America with over 1000 other entries! With tasting notes of Jasmine, Fruit Juice, Rose Water, and as it cools; fruity pebbles- this competition coffee also received a score from Coffee Review of 94 points in September of 2022.
It is grown on female owned Vergal Estate by Marta Bayter, and processed by her sons Shady and Elias in Tolima Colombia. This yellow honey processed Geisha was quickly washed in order to leave minimal mucilage on during its fermentation. For 30 minutes of the fermentation, mandarin peel was added to the coffee to bring out its fruit forward flavors.
