Device interfacing utilizes 4G LTE cellular based communication on the CAT M1 Verizon Network with DNP3 reporting for SCADA integration. This device is supported by policies and controls that are compliant to relevant cyber security standards under NIST SP 800-161 and SP 800-53.

  • Non-Interrupting By-Pass Switch
    The INERTIA Non-Interrupting By-Pass Switch (NBS) is designed to safely cut-in or
    by-pass a voltage regulator, even when in the off-neutral position, for uninterrupted
    service to load side customers....

  • The NBS mitigates this safety hazard, from the offneutral position, by utilizing a current limiting resistor to lower the circulating current within the regulator series winding.

    The NBS offers two standard disconnect methods: By-Pass and Open Gap which ensures proper switching with a spring toggled switching mechanism. All units are fully assembled, factory adjusted and ready to install on single or dual crossarms with either hookstick or reciprocating controls.

    The V4 and V7 vacuum interrupters are single-gap load-breaking
    devices that utilize vacuum bottle technology, where no gases are
    vented to the atmosphere....

  • The V4 and V7 vacuum interrupters are single-gap load-breaking devices that utilize vacuum bottle technology, where no gases are vented to the atmosphere. The new single vacuum bottle design can break loads up to 2000 Amps at 46 kV - 69 kV (48 kV - 72.5 kV) ; where it now replaces the original V2 and V3 multi-vacuum bottle designs. The V4 and V7 only weighs 16 pounds and approxinately 18 inches long.  Vacuum bottle interrupters are not in the current path during the switch closing operation, and have no fault closing capabilities. The V4 and V7 vacuum interrupter is rated for 5000 operations.
