JST Power Equipment type J100CLAD is an IEEE-rated, non-arc-resistant, metalclad switchgear product line with Type J3Mag™ vacuum circuit breakers. It provides centralized control and protection of medium-voltage power equipment and circuits in industrial, commercial, and utility installations. Applications include generators, motors, feeder circuits, transmission, and distribution lines.

J100CLAD offers a total design concept of cell, breaker, and auxiliary equipment that can be assembled in various combinations to meet user application requirements. Two-high breaker arrangements are standard up to 15kV. One-high arrangements may be furnished when required.

The OD3MAG is the first MV Substation Breaker that allows you to choose to do either three phase tripping or you can choose to trip each phase individually.  This feature allows you the functionality and ratings of a circuit breaker and the functionality of a recloser.  By tripping individual phases in distribution systems, utilities are able to improve their SAIDI and SAIFI scores by as much as 30% or more on selected lines.  You can also improve the recovery time after a fault by clearly identifying which phase has the issue and directing the crews to the correct area quickly thus improving your recovery time while also improving system reliability.
