Welcome EMS Today 2021 Faculty

This page will help guide you in all the details regarding your participation in EMS Today 2021. Please take careful note of the deadlines for instructors (BELOW). Failure to meet one of these deadlines could result in your program being cancelled. 

EMS Today 2021 will take place March 10-13, 2021, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas

Pre-conference Workshops will take place on Wednesday, March 10, 2021

Classroom sessions will take place Thursday, March 11, 2021 - Saturday, March 13, 2021

Instructions for logging in as Faculty: 

1.  Click on the Log-In link above.

2.  Enter your password. If you do not know it or forgot it, click Retrieve under "Forgot Your Password". 

NOTE:  If you're unable to retrieve it then we may have a different email in the system than the one you're using.  In that case, simply contact Sara Jones at 918-831-9738 or sara.jones@clarionevents.com so it can be corrected.  DO NOT enter yourself into the system!  You won't be able to access your speaker information if assigned a new password and it may just create a duplicate which causes further confusion.

3.  Once logged in, the system will display the session(s) in which you are scheduled to present or moderate. 

4.  Review the list and contact Sara Jones if there are any discrepancies.

5.  To update your personal information, scroll to the bottom of that page and click on "My Profile".
