Description

Much of the diversity and inclusion training is required by law; however, how it has been presented in the past has been heavy handed and ineffective. Many organizations and agencies have relegated this information and training to human resources professionals or look at it as "checking a box." In this class, you will learn how to open up the dialogue with your team to help them get comfortable talking about this topic and see it from a new perspective as well as understand the laws that are in place to protect "everyone" in the workplace.
