Science-backed germicidal UV disinfection units since 2008.

In business since 2008, Aerapy is a leading manufacturer of germicidal UV disinfection systems that are independently researched, tested, and study-backed to kill more than 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, mold, and more. Aerapy is dedicated to helping protect your health and preventing the spread of infectious disease in ambulances and fire stations.

  • Ambulances, EMS vehicles, and mobile clinics, and more are continually exposed to viruses, bacteria, mold, allergens, and other pollutants that can quickly contaminate the air and surfaces. Aerapy’s patented DuoGuard UV device for transport vehicles helps guard against the spread of pathogens and improve indoor quality in these high-risk indoor environments.

DuoGuard helps guard against the spread of pathogens in two ways: an integrated fan creates powerful airflow for air disinfection during transport and, once unoccupied, DuoGuard sanitizes surfaces with the push of a button. The ability to safely sanitize the air while the vehicle is occupied sets DuoGuard apart from other indoor air quality products for vehicles.

For UV air sanitizing while the vehicle is occupied and in motion, a sliding panel stays closed and keeps the UV-C light fully contained while the air cleaning function is engaged. An integrated fan draws air into the device to clean and disinfect. Each trip through the device reduces the number and impact of pathogens in the mobile unit.

For UV surface disinfection after transport and while the vehicle is safely unoccupied, DuoGuard’s innovative panel slides back to reveal UV-C lamps that illuminate to disinfect exposed surfaces after normal cleaning procedures. For surface cleaning, there is a 60-second delay after the function is activated. Other power interruption safeguards that shut the device down while the UV-C lights are exposed: door switch, motion sensor, and emergency switch.

Aerapy’s UV technology has been independently tested to show a greater than 99.9% kill rate of pathogens including SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, as well as MRSA, enterovirus, and MS2 bacteriophage.

  • Zone360 Series
Patented, award-winning 360 degrees of continual UV air disinfection for rooms 500–1,000 sq ft. Ceiling-mounted upper air unit brings targeted, high-level UV disinfection to high-risk station areas where people congregate like common rooms and kitchens....

  • Idoor environments are at high risk as they are continually exposed to viruses, bacteria, mold, allergens, and other pollutants that can quickly contaminate air and surfaces and stay active and infectious for extended periods of time, risking health and lives. Aerapy’s patented Zone360 brings targeted, immediate UV disinfection to high-risk fire station areas where people congregate like common rooms and kitchens.

Aerapy’s patented, upper air equipment offers high-level UV disinfection. Available with built-in fan as Zone360 (100cfm fan) or the award-winning Zone360X with three fan speed options and remote control (100cfm, 200cfm, 530cfm). The upper room 2' x 2' unit features 360 degrees of UV air disinfection and is easily installed in any of type of ceiling (min. 8 ft. height) to provide continuous air disinfection in 500–1000 sq. ft. rooms. Suitable for indoor environments, including spaces with no HVAC in place, that need immediate airflow, circulation, and disinfection. Also available without built-in fan as Zone360N.

The Zone360 disinfects air as it circulates through the unit’s tightly controlled 360-degree germicidal UV “kill zone.” In short, contaminated air circulates into 360 degrees of “kill zone” and cleaned air circulates out. While air naturally moves to the upper room via convection currents, to more quickly pull the air into the zone for even faster kill times, the Zone360 and Zone360X feature an integrated fan. As the air circulates through the indoor space, each round trip from the lower room to the upper room and into the unit’s disinfecting 360-degree “kill zone” of UV-C light continues to reduce the number and impact of pathogens.

Zone360 upper air UV also helps reduce pathogens that settle out of the air and onto surfaces. For example, if a larger pathogen aerosolizes for 20 seconds to 5 minutes and then falls out of the air, it contributes to surface disease transmission. The Zone360 can help reduce both the air pathogen load and, in combination with normal surface cleaning procedures, help further reduce the surface pathogen load.

Aerapy’s UV technology has been independently tested to show a greater than 99.9% kill rate of pathogens including SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, as well as MRSA, enterovirus, and MS2 bacteriophage.
  • PSF Series
Compact UV disinfection for smaller indoor spaces up to 400 sq. ft. With a contained, low visible light design, the PSF upper air UV units are perfect for bunkrooms. A quiet, integrated fan assures continuous airflow for maximum air disinfection...

  • Indoor environments are at high risk as they are continually exposed to viruses, bacteria, mold, allergens, and other pollutants that can quickly contaminate air and surfaces and stay active and infectious for extended periods of time, risking health and lives. Aerapy’s PSF Series brings targeted, immediate upper air UV disinfection to high-risk fire station areas like bunkrooms, but the contained design offers low light for sleeping.

The PSF Series (PSF-16 and PSF-24) offers targeted, high-level UV disinfection for smaller indoor spaces, including those with no HVAC in place. The compact, upper room units are easily wall-mounted to provide continuous air disinfection in a contained device. The PSF-16 is designed for rooms less than 250 sq. ft. and features one integrated fan to create powerful airflow, while the PSF-24 can take on rooms up to 400 sq. ft. with two fans.

The PSF Series upper air UV also helps reduce pathogens that settle out of the air and onto surfaces. For example, if a larger pathogen aerosolizes for 20 seconds to 5 minutes and then falls out of the air, it contributes to surface disease transmission. The PSF can help reduce both the air pathogen load and, in combination with normal surface cleaning procedures, help further reduce the surface pathogen load.

The PSF Series employs short-wavelength UV-C light to kill or inactivate pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and molds in the air by disrupting their DNA and destroying their cellular function, causing the death of the microorganisms and/or rendering them helpless. These upper air products feature integrated fans to more quickly create circulation and airflow. As the air circulates through the indoor space, each round trip from the lower room to the upper room and into the unit’s disinfecting UV-C light continues to reduce the number and impact of pathogens.

Aerapy’s UV technology has been independently tested to show a greater than 99.9% kill rate of pathogens including SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, as well as MRSA, enterovirus, and MS2 bacteriophage.
