The CAP 3 and CAP 5 Controlled Access Pharmaceutical dispensers provide fully customizable dispensing and reporting options to meet individual agency needs, and so that EMS management can monitor and restock inventory at any time. CAP machines aggregate dispense history, create pick lists for restocking and generate individual call reports based on products restocked. Managers can choose to receive automatic email or text alerts regarding low stock, temperature variance, usage spikes, expiration dates or power loss. Additional options available include variable temperature control and a ten-inch, full color touchscreen display. Machines also accept a variety of ID protocols including individual pin numbers, proximity cards, biometrics or a combination of methods.

CAP machines pair seamlessly with fully adjustable CAP lockers. Lockers are ideal for dispensing large, bulky items or items requiring check in and check out ability. CAP Lockers can be used alone or attached to CAP machines, providing comprehensive inventory management for agencies. UCapIt’s proprietary, fully adjustable technology allows for each locker bay to be quickly and easily configured on-site to accommodate multiple product mixes with up to 20 compartments.
