Frame

Completely inflatable frame, made of airtight double-sided PVC coated polyester fabric [25 oz/yd²], fastened with Velcro closures to the tent skin and floor. Easy replacement of tent skin, floor and frame. The tents can be set up in 1.5 minutes using the compressed air kit. Depending on tent size, assembly takes 2-4 minutes when using an electric blower. A pressure relief valve prevents excessive pressure in the frame.

Tent skin

Tent skin: One-sided PU coated polyester fabric [7 oz/yd²]; flame retardant, waterproof and mildew resistant design. Tent skin of double-sided PVC coated polyester fabric also available.

PU coated fabric available in 11 different standard colors.

Other colors available on request. Tent skin of double-sided PVC coated polyester fabric [14.5 oz/yd²] also available.

Floor

Floor covering of double-sided PVC coated polyester fabric [16 oz/yd²]. Available with non-slip embossing as option [25 oz/yd²].

Cabin

Shower cabin made of double-sided PVC coated polyester fabric (18 oz/yd²), watertight, mildew resistant, with large transparent windows. Floor made of double-sided PVC coated polyester fabric, watertight, mildew resistant, with anti-slip embossing (25 oz/yd²).

Shower system

Hose arch with full cone nozzles (4.7 l/min at 3 bar per nozzle), hand shower with 3.3 ft hose, stop-cock, D-coupling for water supply, C-coupling for waste water.

Frame

Inflatable frame made of airtight double-sided PVC coated polyester fabric (32 oz/yd²), connected with the shower cabin by a rope. The decontamination shower can be erected with compressed air cylinders or an electric blower in approx. 1 minute. A pressure relief valve prevents the frame from overfilling.

Technical data

The RAPID 6-400 shelter is a high pressure, medium weight inflatable tent that only requires a simple logistical support to deploy. The set up time depends on the power of the inflating compressor.

The RAPID 6 series comes in three different lengths of 19.69, 26.25 and 32.81 feet and a width of 19.69 feet as standard. They can be connected to each other length- and cross-wise and to other shelters like containers and vehicles, among others. The shelter is equipped with three layer windows allowing natural ventilation, with curtains operated from the outside.

The RIS (ROFI insulation System) inner liner designed for special climatic conditions, partition walls and flysheets are available for both 2-door and 4-door models. The integrated anti-skid PVC flooring protects against surface water, reptiles or bugs.
