  • Responder360 by First In Software
Responder360 guides your response team through dispatch notification, response, and incident management using a real-time CAD integration, AVL technology, and occupancy preplan information to aid tactical and strategic decision making....

  • With Responder360, your crews can respond faster and more efficiently with greater situational awareness.   Mission critical data is just a finger touch away.  First responders are faced with short travel times and limited time for viewing preplans, etc.  The “all-in-one” dashboard makes it incredibly easy for users to quickly find and access dispatched locations, real-time incident data, occupancies with pre-plans, apartment complex layouts, hydrant locations, other responding apparatus, and more in one integrated solution!  First responders can navigate right up to the dispatched apartment building, shopping center, or even FDC locations.  What’s more, they can keep everyone in the department informed of their response status in real-time at the touch of a button!

Responder360 is a multi-jurisdictional system that enables greater situational awareness and collaboration between mutual aid departments by easily sharing information while responding through its common operating picture, whether those departments share a dispatch center or not.  Go ahead and throw away those bulky and neglected pre-incident plan and apartment binders!

    AVL / Resource Monitoring

Locate and view units, including neighbors and other mutual aid agencies, to help keep you situationally aware of available resources.

    Dispatch Integration

Integration with your CAD system gives you the most recent information for all of your active incidents. Email, Real-Time and Two-way unit status updating options with your CAD are available.

    Incident Location + Routing

Quickly locate and route to incidents on the map using real-time GPS location to help you arrive on scene faster and more efficiently.

    Unit Status Switching

Keep track of the status of all of your units with our real-time tracking system. Easy to use status updating in the user dashboard allows all members of the organization to visualize the status of all units, all the time.

    Customizable Mapping

Use the default Google Maps layer with your preplan and AVL information overlaying it or import custom map layers. Add ESRI shape files such as boundaries, hazards, and other points of interest as optional overlays on the map.

    Interoperability

Monitor your jurisdiction’s daily operations by viewing open incidents and unit locations. Share data automatically with your mutual aid departments and view each other’s unit locations, preplans, hydrants, and other information while responding together - even when you don't share dispatch centers!

    Pre-Incident Planning

Visually identify occupancies on the map and view preplan data and sketches.  NFPA 170 symbols can be added directly to the map to quickly identify FDC locations, etc. A Size-Up page displays hazards such as truss roofs or hazmat.  Look up chemicals with DOT and NFPA 704 identifiers.

    Hydrant Information

View hydrants and draft sites on the map, color coded to NFPA standards.  Click to view size, flow rates, pressure, last inspection date and status.  Out of service hydrants are visible on the map, and you can easily upload your existing hydrants.

    Station Board

Designed to provide a "big picture" view, our standalone station board helps keep staff and crews up to date on your active incidents and unit statuses across your entire jurisdiction.
