Manufacturing
The Hi-Force manufacturing facility houses more than 20 machines, including 12 DMG Mori CNC machines. The latest addition to the DMG Mori array is a 4-axis machine and an automated manufacturing cell with robotics to produce a variety of components in both steel and aluminium. 4 HAAS CNC machines as well as vertical and horizontal honing machines complete the manufacturing fleet allowing us to manufacture hydraulic cylinders components up to 1000 tonnes capacity and 1500 mm stroke.
