Most communities in the U.S.struggle with the data to understand the increasing threats from climate change, nor opportunities to decarbonize or reduce emissions. Communities, being at the forefront of this struggle, need to have the broader conversation about climate change. By the very nature, only the largest can afford those services, putting a limit on global climate action and completely leaving vulnerable communities to fend for themselves.
