Fabric expansion joints (non-metallic expansion joints):

• Fabric expansion joints are primarily used for gaseous fluids.
• Provide flexibility to ductworks to face following problems: Expansion and contraction of the ducts due to temperature changes, Vibrations, Noise, Movements of components, Installation and removal of large components, Erection tolerances, Misalignments.

Seiris’ metallic expansion joints are customized according to the following constraints: Temperature up to 1200°C
Pressure up to 70 Bars
Diameter’s dimensions from 15 to 7000 mm

We manufacture various types of :

• Circular expansion joints: axial, lateral, with hinge, Pressure balanced .
• Rectangular expansion joints: V and U shape
• Single convolution

Pumped fluid: all kind of (acid or strong bases very agressive when we go under dew point) : in order to adapt our products to those various conditions, we use the following steels:

304 -304L - 316 - 316L -321-309-310-253 MA- 904L-317L, and also all types of INCONEL and HASTELLOY

Our metallic expansion joints are studied, manufactured and tested further to internationals standards: EJMA, ASME and AD Merkblatter.

Seiris’ rubber expansion joints are customized according to the following constraints:

• Temperature up to 200°C
• Pressure up to 20 Bars
• Diameter dimensions from 25 to 4000 mm

We manufacture all types of:

• Circular expansion joints
• Single convolution, double or triple convolutions, with tie rods, conical, balanced pressure
• And rectangular expansion joints: Single convolution or double convolutions

Pumped fluid: all kind of (acid or strong bases very agressive when going under dew point) : in order to adapt our products to those various conditions, we use the following rubbers :
Rubber, Neoprene, EPDM, Silicon, Butyl, Chlorobutyl, NITRILE, SBR, HYPALON AND VITON

For flanges we use following steels: S 275JR, S355J2G3, AISI 304, 316, 316L.

Rubber expansion joints are studied, manufactured and tested following international standards : FSA and ASTM.
